Joe Flor is a proud father of two beautiful girls, a Sales Executive within the financial services industry, and a real proponent for health and fitness. His passion for health and fitness has led him to compete in natural bodybuilding and he continues to do so today. His dedication to mentoring within both his profession and pastime is why he chose to be a part of the Integrity Tree Foundation. He gravitated to helping give back to the youth and senior demographics and hopes to make a difference in people’s lives.

Tristan Aziz is a passionate advocate for community development, youth empowerment, and social impact. As a board member with Integrity Tree Foundation and Young Bosses in Business, I work to support initiatives that provide opportunities, mentorship, and resources for young people to thrive. My work is grounded in the belief that real change happens when we invest in culture, creativity, and connection.
With a background rooted in sports, travel, and grassroots community work, I bring a diverse perspective to the table—one that values collaboration, lived experience, and authenticity. Whether I’m helping shape programs, supporting local events, or connecting with young leaders, my goal is always to uplift and amplify the next generation.
